I had a tight home inspection deadline so I wanted to book right away after offer ratification in case I needed to contact additional contractors and get quotes for repairs. Square One was fully booked on their website for the next 4 days so I almost gave up but after a few calls, Jim the man himself responded with a next morning appointment for an inspection. Scott was very detailed, thorough, and informative. He made sure we understood everything he was documenting and answered all of our questions. Very professional and prepared. I checked in with him a few times during the inspection and he filled me in each time, pointing out each of the features he had noted. I highly recommend him!
