I will give the 5- star. I had a bad experience a week earlier, but the management and staff acknowledge the incident and took corrective action to remedy the situation. The service today was great, the hygienest was very thorough in performing her task.

I have been going to Springfield Lorton dental group for the majority of my life and from childhood to the present have always felt that I have received the highest quality of care. Having been to a number of other dentists office it is just not the same level of care. From my routine cleanings and childhood fillings to my wisdom tooth extraction, they have always done everything they can to make me feel comfortable and include me in decisions about my health. I have recently had to go in to get a retainer replaced and was impressed by their treatment and the generosity of their policies as the retainer was replaced at a reduced price. Emily my hygienist was great and as always Dr. Brendmoen was great. I have been going to this practice for over 15 years and now my children are as well. Office staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend family and friends on a regular basis.
