Just finished a total roof replacement, gutters and siding on my property on Arlington, VA. David was incredibly professional and involved me in every step of the process. He meticulously inspected every detail, explained everything, and even showed me the materials they would use for the roof. To top it off, he helped me communicate with the insurance company. Unfortunately, I couldn’t work with him at the end due to budget constraints. However, I highly recommend David for any roof replacement project. .
Shanco did a great job replacing our roof in September 2025. It started in March after strong wind and heavy storm when the shingles were blown off. Shanco immediately sent Sales Manager Morgan King to come assess the damage and applied tarp. Morgan recommended full roof replacement due to the age and prior hail damage which Shanco also came for assessment and temporary fix. We followed Morgan's recommendation and worked with Shanco and their professional claims partner to file the insurance claim.
