My family has seen the doctors and PAs here for 28 years. Very kind and compassionate staff. Susan messing is the best primary care provider. She does research for you and is responsive to my concerns. Young front desk lady very rude. I feel like someone needs to put her in the right mindset of customer service.
Superb staff and all around professional facility from sign in, reception,staff, nurses techs, PA's, interns, physcians and follow up staff. Cannot say enough about the superb treatment to my significant other on his initial visit to this facility. We look forward to a long term association with them.
My visit to Sentara was great. Both my doctor and her nurse were welcoming and I was able to express my health situation without hinderance.
The entire staff was receptive and I didn’t have to wait long to see my doctor. However, it is always a challenge with my chart log in. I think it should be more user friendly. It took a few days before someone spoke with me about changing my password.
