My visit to Sentara was great. Both my doctor and her nurse were welcoming and I was able to express my health situation without hinderance.
The entire staff was receptive and I didn’t have to wait long to see my doctor. However, it is always a challenge with my chart log in. I think it should be more user friendly. It took a few days before someone spoke with me about changing my password.
Wow! I’ve been coming to this practice for over 25 years and Dr. Gallini was under the helm. Now it’s the Sentara system. I received wonderful care and was able to get in efficiently with a PA who was very attentive and knowledgeable. I was even happier when the PA was able to refer me to a general surgeon whose office followed up with me the next day. Great service!
