I would give Marshall the maximum number of stars possible. Great experience right from the first phone call. A well explained estimate based on thorough inspection. Installation by the hardest-working crew I could imagine. Thorough final inspection and site cleanup to make sure no nails remained on the ground. Absolutely top-rated.
Our roof and gutters were 29 years old. Right off the bat, the Marshall Estimator, John Campbell, was very clear in what we needed to have done and what the various options were, did not try to push anything on us, explained everything very well, and was easy to work with. The crews who did the work were very professional, answered our questions, completed everything on schedule, and did a terrific job. We are extremely happy with our new roof, gutters and gutter covers. We highly recommend Marshall with no reservations.
