Karina had excellent reviews and a well-designed website showcasing her services through before and after photos. The initial online booking process involved filling out an intake form to assess my skin's condition.Upon arriving for my appointment, Karina warmly greeted me at the front desk and escorted me to the work room. We discussed the information I provided on the form and any additional skin concerns I had. I found her to be honest, engaging, and fully dedicated to ensuring my comfort and understanding of the process. She never made promises she couldn't keep, but there was a noticeable improvement in my skin after the first treatment. We collaborated on a schedule and plan to address my other concerns, and I appreciated that she didn't push her services or products on me. Instead, she listened to what I wanted to correct and explained the effectiveness of the treatments she could offer.I genuinely enjoyed receiving treatments from Karina today because she devoted the entire session without interruption which I understand is her standard practice and she explained each treatment and what she was addressing. She also came outside to find me when I got a bit lost and wasn’t able to find the office. Nely gave me an excellent, super relaxing Rebuilding facial. I appreciated that she explained what was going to happen at each step before starting. She gave a very thorough consultation before starting treatment to help determine what my skin goals were, and I also loved the hand massage she did while my face mask was setting. Dee was so friendly and introduced herself as the owner on my way out. A 10/10 experience and I’m excited to build these visits into my routine!“

I actually traveled 1 hour to this place because the reviews were so good and wanted to make sure I went to a place I could trust. She is communicative, always on time, efficient where I am in and out in less than 25 minutes and that’s because we are always catching up, she provides expertise and specific products to be proactive with hair bumps, and just personable.Shawn’s modern space is always beautiful, top tier clean, and cozy.
