Edgar did a great job! The rug is nice and clean, and the pet odor is gone. He was very professional and communicated with me before arriving. Also, I want to let people know ahead of time: make sure to factor in that you need to wait before putting furniture back on a rug to give it extra time to dry. A ceiling fan helps speed it up.
Showed up early after checking in to see if that worked for my schedule, was thoughtful and diligent. Not all stains came out, but I think that was a long-standing stain issue not his efforts. Polite and professional.
I cannot speak more highly of VODA cleaning services. We had an issue over Memorial Day weekend. Mike and his crew were out there Sunday at 4pm cleaning up, I had called him about 2.5 hours prior. His guys were super professional and arrived right when they said they would.
We then had Mike’s crew back out on Tuesday to do another cleaning after we did some demo. Again on time, super professional and did an amazing job.
I’ve worked in the Insurance reconstruction business before and have never dealt with such a great response. I would never hesitate to call
Mike with any issues going forward.
