“Wow! What a difference. I have used many different plumbers during my time in the Shen Valley. Burgess Plumbing is by far the best. My initial email questioned their service area and area of expertise, and it was met immediately by Melody Burgess, when I say immediately, I mean immediately. I sent a question about hot water heaters at Noon, and it was answered by 3 PM. Melody was polite and knowledgeable. She asked for a few pictures and confirmed Burgess Plumbing could meet my needs. We scheduled a date, and as promised and on time, Alec arrived and conducted the installation. What a pleasant young gentleman and very knowledgeable. The installation looks amazing. Melody stayed in contact throughout the time and remained responsive. Since moving to the Shen Valley, I have gone through many plumbing services, and I will forever be a Burgess Plumbing customer. “I’ve known Bobby for quite a long time. Once he started this business I wouldn’t call anyone else as he’s honest and trustworthy on what you need. That is the same quality that he instills in his business. My mother in law had problems with her septic system a few years ago and Bobby fixed it which led to her getting him to redo her bathroom just this last year and she is so happy with the work that they have done. Just today on 2/2/26 I had a water pipe leak. I called and gave him the information on the problem. Really I didn’t care when him or one of his crew arrived I just wanted it to be fixed. Well after a few hours of finding the problem and arriving back home with insulation I find that they are were already onsite and about to fix the problem.“
