DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They charge for things that are not necessary, like cutting into walls when no cutting into walls is necessary as the job is done in the crawl space and has a door. We tried to ask to take this unnecessary charge off, but he says we need to ask the home warranty for that. Home warranty says we need to talk to the service provider, VSM. They already covered their part of the job. We tried talking to VSM again, but he says if he takes these charges off, he would be taking food off the kids’ table. guy replaces a valve when the tank is leaking…. never even touched the toilet needless to say the leak is way worse now than if he ever touched it as i now have 2 leaks one from his valve work and one from when he came back and went to a cross bracket instead of just addressing the issue. this is what happens when you see plumbers on tik tok and think you can do it to. out of the owners mouth himself “we are not honest but we have integrity” that basically means let us charge you as much as we can without addressing the issue. He said if he was honest and said what the real issue was we most likely wouldnt want to pay for the repair. that sounds like scummy tradesman... read full review

This company absolutely sucks. They set appointments without confirming with you first, you just get a text when they are coming. While I found that to be disrespectful, I stayed home for the appointment and the technician had the nerve call at the end of the appointment window to say he needed to cancel because he didn’t have a drain snake. Isn’t that plumbing 101 to have a drain snake? What kind of plumber doesn’t carry a drain snake??Nevertheless, we rescheduled the appointment and on the second go was a no-call no-show. This company is extremely inconsiderate and disrespectful. Go anywhere else maybe try Michael and Son.
