I showed up for my appointment at 11:30 and I ended up leaving at 1. All I wanted was an oil change and I ended up paying nearly $100 for an oil change and an inspection when I clearly stated I just wanted an oil change, when I asked the worker why it was so much all he told me was its because my car took synthetic oil. One of the workers was nice the other guy had an attitude, it was a well done oil change and there is nothing wrong with my car I just didn’t appreciate how much I ended up paying when all I wanted was an oil change.
Get there early as spots begin to fill up and you may have a long wait or leave your vehicle and come back. If you go later be sure to have a ride back if you have to leave the vehicle. I went in 2pm the first time and the wait was 2 hours. I had no choice but to come back the next day as soon as they opened and was done in 30 minutes for an Emissions inspection.
I had a last-minute inspection to take care of my sedan. These guys were most accommodating in finding me a spot on a busy Saturday. Bradley was especially professional and took care of my booking . I will be visiting them again for my tire needs. Great location and very nice facility.
