I use to love going to this place. It’s right down the street from so very convenient and the customer service was good but we had a car in for an oil change back July and after noticing recently that the car was leaking oil I took it to the dealer for service in case it was something major which would be covered by the warranty but instead they discovered that the leak is from the oil filter and that it wasn’t tightened properly. Now after a diagnostics fee and another oil change I’m out $94.

This shop went above and beyond when I punctured a tire while driving from Winchester to Rehoboth. They squeezed me in on a busy Saturday, found the right tire at a sister store 15 min away then sent an employee to fetch it when that shop was too swamped to install it. They made it their mission to get me on the road again quickly and safely.
