The dry cleaning is fine but the tailor that works there is a major scamster. don't talk to her, she will try to take your money and then blame you for any issues. It's unfortunate because Mr. Lee seems like a nice man

Alterations beware. I dropped off a maxi dress, pinned up 8" which would've transitioned it into a midi. It was already pinned to the correct length. On my way out the door,after I picked it up, noticed it was too long. It had been taken up only 2-3" and was told it would cost an additional $65 to alter it to the length I had originally requested. When I requested either a redo or a refund, I was accused of trying to rob the store and told it had not been pinned and I had requested that length. Nothing but arguments. PLEASE find another store for your alterations.
