Amazing experience as always!

I had a pretty lackluster and disappointing experience yesterday. I scheduled an 80 minute Woodhouse Holisitic Body Detox and the whole experience was disappointing. I felt that Sarah, the lady who performed the treatment was definitely new and did not do a through job on all the steps involved. I almost wanted to leave early. The Vichy shower is also a disappointment, barely switching between warm cold water, mostly just lukewarm. I also felt that the spa details were not explained well and that at the end, I was kind of just left there to figure it out myself. There are better spas out there, save yourself the money and disappointment. For $300, the services did not match the price, and especially with Sarah, who did my treatment- she did not do a good job at all. If you're going to charge high prices, customers expect high services and this was the very opposite. Woodhouse needs to hire more experienced or trained people.

Expensive and disappointing. Would never go back here.

Professional and relaxing!

I got a gift certificate for Christmas and was waiting for right moment to use it. I got a massage with hot stones and a facial. The entire experience was so relaxing. Both of the therapists were wonderful. I had never experienced a facial and it was amazing and i saw results right away. I've been following the routine and my skin definitely feels different. Thank you Marsela and Carole!

Great Hot Stone Massage with extra foot treatment. Just walked away feeling my best. This is a high-end Spa and worth it.
