I was referred to Optimum Physical Therapy by an orthopedic doctor for my knees. Antonia Nicole, the physical therapist I worked with, gave me excellent explanations for each exercise she recommended. I feel equipped with new ways to strengthen my knees. Thank you!
The team is great from scheduling everything, making sure no one is sitting around, insurance billing, etc. special shout out to Shelby and Nicole. They took the time needed to help me heal and in a positive, personal way. Very appreciative of the team!
Sustained injury in Feb and this team rebuilt me. Specials thanks to Nicole, Shelby, the rest of the PT’s and the front office staff for putting up with me. Shelby and Nicole worked with surgical precision to make this possible. Knowing when to progress and set realistic expectations was paramount. As it turned out I had a secondary challenges in recover they recognized and developed a treatment plan. Near a 100% now and have these angles to thank. Without this team I would be in a bad place.
