Jen is our favorite groomer! She has so much patience with our elderly dog who cannot stand for long periods of time. She’s kind and encouraging!! Not loving the continual price increases since we started but she’s worth it.
This was our first time boarding all three of our dogs at this location. They were boarded for 9 days and unfortunately one of our boys had a medical emergency during his stay. The vet and staff were quick to call me and explain the situation and how to proceed with his care. I was very impressed with the care and updates I received. I was also impressed with the care and love the kennel staff gave our boys. They even knew them by name when we picked them up. We will be using their services in the future.
We are new to Leesburg and have used Old Mill Kennel to board our cat twice now. Leaving your pet is not easy and Old Mill has made us feel comfortable both times. We know our cat is well taken care of when she stays over with them which gives us peace of mind. Highly recommend and will continue to use them for future boarding needs.
