I’m glad folks have had a good experience in charleston, but it’s been a nightmare to get them to complete their work in our brand new, multi million dollar home in virginia. after two dozen attempts by email, phone to get our punch list of items resolved including several safety issues that are still unresolved, and after asking for over a year since settlement, they are now not responsive. I had high hopes for their attention to detail, but have been very disappointed that they didn’t do things right the first time and have left us with costly repairs for us to sort out solo.i’m

Very bad experience with this builder!My wife and I found both Bob and David G. to be very unprofessional and dishonest. We are still waiting for them to complete our “punch list” 6 months after moving in and our emails go unanswered. In our opinion, they misrepresented both their product and their timeline to completion, had little to no regard for our concerns and settled for poor workmanship from some of their subs. Strongly do not recommend.Service: Home building
