FIRST TIMER & PEDICURE ONLYWe were greeted by someone at the front desk, who told us to pick out our colors. Once we had our colors our techs had our water ready to go for our pedicures. My friend and I both choose the Deluxe Pedicure, which was nice but not sure I would do it again as my tech didn't do the calluses remover, perhaps my feet didn't need it? Not really sure. My friend received all of her treatments.From afar my toes and their shape looked okay. After they had dried some more I evaluated my toes further and you could see the line from where the top coat ended/started (not covering my whole toenail in various spots). Got nails refilled. The nail polish chipped in less than 2 days. I went back in and they addressed it but the same night while I was asleep I scratched myself and felt the nail polish peel again. Within 2 weeks half my nails were chipped and 2 had fallen off. The staff were welcoming but they did look a bit rushed. I had a skin lesion on one finger while she was preparing my nails and when she painted my nails both time they were not detailed. Definitely need to pay more attention to details.

I usually LOVE this place but my nails are lumpy, misshapen, and not smooth at all...and just plain bad. It's really such a bummer. Definitely the worst nails I've gotten. This isn't really to bash the whole facility, just want someone to hear me out and maybe take some constructive criticism.Service: Acrylic nails
