I found Loudoun Computer Help through this FB link. I asked the previous person who gave them a reference and he recommended Ryan & the business. Ryan is truly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately there was not a quick or workable repair. But, rather than "attempt" to keep working on the computer, he gave me the truth (that I needed a new computer). Ryan checked in with me to see if I was okay. He then walked me through the set up. After I was almost set up he checked in. He gave me the last item I needed to do. As I told Ryan, he is my "Computer Guru" permanently!
