Thanks to Line Locators for getting me on the schedule quickly to determine where the leak in our water main was located. Excellent technology and excellent customer service by Brad! He explained the process to me, and found the location in the worst possible place, under the slab in the middle of the house! But now that we have that info, we're able to determine what is needed to make the repair.

Our water bill was almost four times the average. After testing leaking toilets as recommended by Fairfax Water, we knew that a leak that generated 100K gallons over three months had to be elsewhere. The coordinator wasn't too sure if they'd be able to locate my water/sewer line (I couldn't find the cleanout). The tech came and was able to locate both for my proposed gas line relocation sites. Tech was very knowledable and efficient.
