I have been working with Jake for a few months and am very pleased with him and this facility. When working on my own, I would get injured frequently and need to skip workouts to recover, only to start over again in my health journey. The workouts are creative and never boring. Jake is attentive to my concerns, helps me focus, patiently answers my many questions, and makes recommendations on things I can do at home to aid in achieving my goals. The experience is challenging but not intimidating like most gyms and the personalized service is refreshing. I look forward to my training days (which I never did before) and saw results and improvement within just a few weeks.

I am really enjoying working with Jake at In2tive Fitness! Over the last couple of months I've felt stronger and my clothes fit better. His workouts are challenging and build upon each other. I feel his support and encouragement on my fitness journey as a woman in my 50's it's not always an easy road. With Jake I feel supported, encouraged and challenged. Staci, the owner provides nutrition counseling too which has been incredibly valuable in making small and needed changes to my diet. I recommend In2tive fitness (they have a sauna too:)

I went to experience the Infrared Sauna here. It was not difficult to use because of the kind explanation of Staci, the owner of this place. I usually use a sauna to relieve fatigue after exercising, The sauna here is cleaner and more pleasant than other places! In addition, it was amazing to be able to experience the color therapy function while listening to meditation music.
