Both Bob and Elio were very helpful and answered all our questions. The carpet installation team was professional, polite, and efficient. The carpet looks great. I recently had about 1,300 square feet of flooring replaced through Floor Advisor, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Bob and Elio were outstanding to work with from start to finish. Their installer caught quality issues in the first batch of flooring, and Bob and Elio immediately offered me three options to resolve the problem. Shopped three places and this was the cheapest for the same type of LVP I wanted. All aspects of the transaction sales, measuring square footage, conversations and installers was a master class experience. The floors were stunning the work guys were great and accommodating, I asked to swap out a sink and they did it. It’s nice to see how everything lined up from sales to install all 5 star work. Thanks.
