I had a back surgery at the end of 2025, and started physical therapy with Jen at Empower at the beginning of March 2026. I could not have recovered as well as I did without her. I would probably still be avoiding lifting milk gallon jugs and all bending.
She is compassionate, easy to work with, funny, and extremely helpful. Highly highly *highly* recommend calling Empower if you need any help.
Incredible no nonsense actually helpful Healthcare! After a week of an emergency room visit, pain medications and doctors visits, Jen fixed me in 20 minutes and sent me home with the easiest exercise that fully resolved my problem. I didnt even need Tylenol!
Jen was super helpful and also looked into the issues I was having with an aim to help the main problem. I came in for neck issues, but she was able to discern that they were likely stemming from my back. She gave me ab exercises to help build my core as well as gave me steps moving forward on how to strengthen my core muscles to allow my back to operate properly. She is very responsive and was able to get me in the week I called her as I was experiencing bad neck pain.
