Crowbar gym. What an awesome owner. I have not personally visited the actual gym yet? However, I have received specialized training advice and assistance from the owner himself. His advice in helping me to achieve my fitness goals have been right on track. Sound advice and honest answers. I surely will plan a trip out there to Crowbar gym. Crowbar gym is the best gym in the Leesburg area. It focuses on true strength with one on one training every session. Jancel gives amazing guidance as well as still that can be done from you home.The martials arts is great as well. also, with one on one training no matter your skill level. Here you are able to work with the teach as well as the students through out your entire training period unlike other martial arts that I have been to.
