Although Keith usually runs late, I have found him to be considerate, taking his time with each patient. He is a listener who deals with the issues at hand. I am genuinely sad that he is retiring. I have been patient of Keith's for over 40 years.

I've known Dr. Belote for over 20 years. He is an awesome physician and person. He cares deeply for you as if you were his own family. He is a phenomenal diagnostician and goes out of his way offering the very best care. It's like the old family physician. He treats the whole person.

This is by far the worst practice. All of the doctors quit and the only one left is the nurse practitioner, Hunt. If you do see her, be prepared to feel unwanted at the appointment and a sense of feeling like she doesn’t want to be there.. she’s very cold and disengenious.. avoid this practice at all costs. If the doctors ALL quit, let that be a hint that this place is going down fast.

This practice is terrible. Obviously, Dr. Belotte is looking to milk his cash cow for all it is worth. He moves to a VIP model and leaves all his long time patients to fend for themselves with an understaffed medical office.Do not waste your time or money on mediocre service.

Can I give them zero stars? Consistently not helpful. Nurses simply push paper, could not care less about patients and can barely answer questions. Cannot believe this place is still in business.

been there for 17 years. Quitting now. Called Monday to set appt for annual check they emailed me about. Can't ever get a person on the phone, so i left a message asking for appt. No call back. FF to weds, called again, get recording that says they only answer phone Mon/Tues/Thurs. And they are horrible about working with pharmacies on refills.

I have been a patient here since Dr. Belote first opened the practice. The addition of Dr Sawant has made a great practice even better. Drs. Belote, Sawant and their nurse practitioner, Ellie Hunt, are very knowledgeable and caring. I find the staff to be responsive and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice.
