This car waah does a great job. I also love that it's not part of a big chain. There is a lot of completion in Leesburg, including a car wash at the gas station nearby and another Flagship popping up nearby. I Hope these guys make it. Very nice and thorough crew.

My wife accidentally spilled some coffee with milk on the passenger seat. I tried to clean it, but there was still a lingering smell. I took my car to Brite Auto Wash and they took great care of it. An hour later, my entire car was detailed for a reasonable price, and I was really impressed with their customer service and professionalism. I noticed that some people gave them bad reviews for minor issues that could have been resolved by speaking to the managers. Brite Auto Wash cleans many cars each year, and most customers don't take the time to leave positive feedback, only the ones who are upset about minor things. I highly recommend this place. Unfortunately I need to edit my previously five-star review after my most recent visit. I just finished spending 30 minutes removing dog hair from my cargo area despite paying extra for pet hair removal. What am I paying for? I don't expect them to get *every* hair, but maybe some? It was clear no vacuum touched the rear of the vehicle: dirt, and other detritus was also present. It's too bad as the quality here used to be excellent, but unfortunately this latest visit made it clear they were just interested in getting this vehicle processed as fast as possible.
