After spinal fusion surgery in 2022, my Pilates instructor referred me to Adept Stretch & Bodywork to support my ongoing rehabilitation. Since then, I’ve made weekly sessions a priority to address muscle tightness and joint issues. This therapy has been invaluable to both my physical and mental health.
