They truly do care! My A/C failed and I called the company that does our service - they said it would be a week to get the faulty part ( the outdoor fan). I called another local company and they could not schedule a technician until the next week. I then called Kim with S.M.L. who offered to drive to Lynchburg to get the part (which was in stock). Daniel was here within two hours to repair our unit. My family is so thankful for their wonderful, caring service!
