I have been going to this salon off and on for years. I am usually elated with the customer service I get from Don and Twee. I called today and Milo answered, first off just saying hello. I had to look at my phone to be sure I dialed the right number Because usually the greeting is “Magic Nails, may I help you” I asked if I could schedule some time for a fill-in with Twee. He told me she was on vacation. I asked if there was anyone else there they could just do a simple fill in. He said Twee was the only person there that knew how to do it. Because Milo normally has a joking personality there was a silence on the phone because I was waiting for him to tell me he was kidding. I asked again could someone do it again he said nope. I said if no one can do a fill in what can they do? He said nothing. I asked once more…you mean to tell me this is a nail shop and no one there can give me a fill in. He said no. I said I’m confused. He proceeded to tell me find another Nail shop that could. I will kindly take his advice and do so.“

I've been to lots of nail salons in the area and this is one of the nicer ones I've been to. They also had a type of magnetic gel polish that allows the stylist to create a cat eye effect on the nails. I had never seen this before and think it looks awesome! The photo I posted is from three days after the manicure, so they've held up well.“

“My daughter and I visited Happy Feet just a few weeks ago for pedicures on our summer vacation. We got the pedicure with the scrub, mask, and hot stone massage and it was a lovely experience for a good price. My polish is still on and not chipping much. The massage chairs felt great and weren’t too loud. It was nice to sit back and watch the home decor shows on the TV, would have been nice if the TV was bigger for how far away it was.“
