Edit: Tweet called me immediately to make things right. She was very apologetic. She made it a point to squeeze me in for my following fill in. I know in customer service things happen. But I can appreciate when the owners make it a point to make things right.
I have been going to this salon off and on for years. I am usually elated with the customer service I get from Don and Twee. I called today and Milo answered, first off just saying hello. I had to look at my phone to be sure I dialed the right number Because usually the greeting is “Magic Nails, may I help you” I asked if I could schedule some time for a fill-in with Twee. The absolute best place to go for a pedicure! I have been coming here for 29 years and would never want to go anywhere else! Very clean and extremely friendly and caring! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!!
First time coming to this nail salon and it won't be my last. I called this morning to see if they take walk-ins, and they did and told me to come in 30 minutes. I got there and from beginning to end it was just a good time. Tracy and Melo are hilarious. It was so inviting I can't wait to see what we do next time with my nails!!!
