This nail salon in Salem, VA is amazing! The owner (Twee) and her entire staff ALWAYS provide the highest quality care. I have been there numerous times and have been served by different staff, but the top quality care is the consistent result! Today (8/12/26) Caroline completed an impressive pedicure as I had a painful ingrown toenail on one foot. She diligently was patient, careful, and paid great attention to detail and resolved my problem with the care of a podiatrist physician! Chrissy did a great job! I’m not much of a conversationalist and I was very tired when she did my nails; she accommodated me greatly and the nails are stellar. They’re not thick at all and every nail is straight. Very lightweight and they even gave me a free coke. Chrissy went above and beyond. I’ll be back for sure :)

I’ve been going to this nail salon every few weeks for over a year now, and it’s always been such a great experience. The salon is consistently clean, welcoming, and has a really positive atmosphere that makes it easy to relax while you’re there. 💅

The staff always does a wonderful job, and I leave happy with my nails every time. It’s also very reasonably priced—usually around $50 per person, which feels like a great value for the quality and service.
