We were very much looking forward to enroll our kid for writing help at Sylvan in Herndon. However the center staff didn’t communicate regarding their absolutely little availability and no flexibility when it came to schedule classes for my kid. This was after we paid the hefty assessment fee which is now a waste of our money and time and we couldn’t pursue the classes due to very limited availability.
I can only imagine how it would be to schedule any make up classes.
Do not recommend this center - unless you discuss the availability before scheduling the paid assessment.

Fantastic tutors, very friendly and extremely personable and professional. My daughter really enjoys her assigned tutor and has had only good things to say about her. Really helped my daughter to really start understanding those math problems that she had previously struggled so greatly with.

Our daughter enjoyed the close attention from the tutors and the regular progress reports overall really helped with her progress development. Brooklyn, the center director at Sylvan Learning of Reston was really helpful during the early time of the pandemic and shutdowns with the flexible scheduling.
