I’ve been bringing my daughter to Sterners for 6 years. Master Adam and his team of Black Belt instructors have always been professional, flexible, and honest. A perfect mix of fun and disciplined. My daughter is less anxious, more confident, and more coordinated for having been part of it. I really can’t recommend them strongly enough.

My 9 year old daughter’s favorite activity! She has grown in her confidence, athleticism, coordination, and leadership skills. Sterner’s is a welcoming and nurturing environment where every child is seen and known. The older students help the younger ones and every teacher is dedicated and friendly. Master Adam has built a great Tae Kwon Do program that we are proud to be a part of.

I can't say enough about how incredible Sterner's Taekwondo has been for my son. The leadership of Master Adam is truly outstanding—he’s not only an expert in Taekwondo, but also a wonderful mentor who inspires confidence and discipline in all of his students. His teaching style strikes the perfect balance between challenging his students and making classes enjoyable. My son is always excited to attend, and it's clear that Master Adam has a real gift for keeping them motivated while instilling important life lessons along the way.
