Spring House Farm Store at CrossFit Reston

Great facility to workout in! We had the first ever national collegiate functional fitness (CrossFit) competition here and this space allowed us to train, warm up, and watch all of it seamlessly! I appreciate the kids area too because I know plenty of parents that can't leave their kids but want to hit a WOD. Equipment was spectacular, the hospitality, and gymnastics bars were easy to safely do the WODs on and the space allowed for each movement and transition. Thank you for the hospitality this weekend! if I ever work in DC or seeing friends in NOVA and want a Box to come to, I'll pick this gym any day!

I was in the area for a few months and needed a place to do my workouts. Every coach I had was kind and knowledgeable, and the community was welcoming and easy to work with! The workouts were always challenging but they made sure there was always an option for everyone, and the facilities were great! Would gladly recommend this gym to anyone!

This is a great place to grab some very high quality meats and not have to drive all the way to the country to get it. Spring House Farm has won awards with there meat quality all over the country and there farm is just down the Rd in Loudoun County. Who new!!!
