There is so much to unload here, I started working with chelsea and when she left the company no one notified me, so I continued to try contacting her for a few weeks. Then I got Jackie, who has only contacted me once, and never returns my calls and has never emailed me. I spoke with the VP, Trey, which explains why everything is such a mes, because he excused her lack of communication due to being short staffed (at a literal staffing agency). Told me clients wouldn't be interested in me because my last job was sales and they don't have sales jobs, when I was looking for admin work. I explained I just want an update even if there is nothing. He said he would follow up with me at the end of the week, and then dropped the ball on that. So clearly, there is no one competent working at Robert Half.

I tried explaining to them that the documents they were trying to make me sign were perjury, but they didn't care and insisted I sign them. They were sending me in circles talking to different employees and customer service, but nobody was "authorized" to handle the matter, so I said forget it. Regardless of how small the matter is, I'm not putting my signature on a legal document that is a lie. If you do decide to work with this agency, read all their documents carefully before you sign. If they so desperately want employees who are willing to lie off the bat, who knows what other illegal things they are doing.

Super Awful service!! 0 rating!I started working with one of their recruiter name shelby Thomas-she is an extremely rude person!! I tried to call her few times, messaged her, emailed her; no response. When I called Herndon office twice and told she is not responding, then she called me back and was kind of yelling at me why I have been calling as she was busy with other candidates and calls. This is not the way to talk with the candidates. If she is busy she can also text or email back that she will get back soon. I had a question to ask about that job position.She told me I have an attitude. Trying to reach the recruiter she consider as an attitude!? What type of nonsense...read full review
