I did the tax filing using prosper tax ( Mitesh ) last year for tax year 2018 . I had very BAD experience with this Guy . First thing you can not reach out to him directly. You need to send him email and you have to wait for the reply ..if you will call him , he won't pick your phone . He will ask you to first pay his Filing fee . Once you will pay then he will send you the draft copy . If you see any discrepancies in the draft then you are stuck , you need to keep chasing him and unable to reach out to him since he won't pick your call or reply to your email .
