Technician was not nice very rough non caring, office was dirty run down looking, had lazer hair removal the gel used felt like it had been in a refrigerator, no wet wipes or towel to clean up after procedure, she handed me 1 small Kleenex, I don't know how she is still in business, used old and dated lazer, HORRIBLE experiance

Received a Groupon as a gift, have tried to call 3 times to make an appointment and have received no call back. The one time I got through to someone they were incredibly unprofessional, answered the phone - "Hello?" and when I asked if this was New Look Medi Spa she responds "Yeah." I said I wanted to make an appointment and she hung up on me! I tried to call back and got the voicemail again. Going to get my money back.

This is a total waste of time. I bought a LivingSocial vouchers for three Microdermabrasion's. It says to request an appointment online, so I did. I received an email stating someone will contact you within 24 hours. NO one did! I called several times and emailed..NO RESPONSE! Don't waste your time or money!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!
