My wife had our boys give me a certificate for a medical massage here... for fathers' day. You can see that I didn't rush right over. I have some major spine issues, including previous surgeries, and am a little overprotective of my poor old back. I decided my aches couldn't wait any longer and to have a massage late in the day. I just left the the Massage Associates office two hours ago, my first visit was a success. I would have to say my first thoughts were tepid at first and explorative not knowing how I would appreciate a medical massage and its benefits over my standard deep tissue services I have previously sought. It was upon leaving I felt relief from my chronic upper and lower back pain. This something I have not received relief from in many years even with chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Low through the entire procedure explained every step in great detail so that you knew precisely what to expect. He also provides you with common sense approaches to wellness at home.

This is much more than your normal vacation or spa massage. Massage Associates really works with you to understand what is bothering you and how to get you feeling better and improve your health. This includes an initial self analysis form and range of motion analysis. Massage Associates really focuses on greatly improving what issues you come in with, even often going over time if I am in particularly bad shape. I am in my late 20s and a triathlete but develop a lot of tension and soreness from training and hunching over a computer at work. Massage Associates has really improved my quality of living, helps me lower my stress levels and train and perform better.
