Me and my family have been attending this school since 2012 and I can say without a doubt this is the best place to learn actual, helpful self defense techniques. The lead instructor does a phenomenal job at explaining the curriculum to students and answering any questions you may have in regard to it. I can confidently say that, should I find myself in a dangerous situation, First Defense has provided me with the necessary skills for me to protect myself.
Additionally, the establishment is very welcoming to everyone. I highly recommend this for anyone who's interested in learning how to defend themselves from any and all kinds of attacks.
