Heisol is a qualified hair stylist. The first time I went I was impressed but it went downhill from there. She was upset when I cancelled a Saturday appointment and asked not do again. At my next visit I paid double for her services to make up for her loss. The last two visits I was not pleased with the color. The last visit not only the color was wrong but the hair cut was poor. I wanted to come in for her to look and correct but her reply was 'no I don't want my clients to see,' so I had to cut and correct myself. After that I thought best to move on.
