District Floor Depot’s customer service was stellar. From the moment we walked into the store, Ella was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was our first time installing hardwood floors and she took the time to explain the different options, and the pros and the cons of each option. We did some shopping around and noticed that the customer service was nowhere close to District Floor’s. I would give 5 stars to this store as all people work at here are super nice, patient and supportive. They always tried to help me at their best knowledge. No pressure on purchase as well. The pickup process was easy as well. Normally there will be people picked up the phone call almost every time I called and they were pretty responsive. Happy with my purchase experience and the price and floors got from here. Kudos to Anna as she was extremely helpful. Look forward to working together again. Thank all.

Natalie at the Herndon store was incredibly helpful and patient, providing us with plenty of options to choose from and keeping amazing communication throughout the entire project, along with offering us a discount. The installers and onsite project manager were professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. The store also offers a wide variety of flooring options, making it easy to find exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend for their quality service, craftsmanship, and selection.
