Liz is amazing. Her nursing background makes her massages so effective
December 2017
I saw Liz's flyer in the window of a local restaurant and immediately contacted her to schedule an appointment. I do not regret my decision! Liz is caring, knowledgeable and a master of therapeutic/trigger point massage. I have only seen Liz for a little more than a month; but the pain and restricted range of motion in my arm, neck and back have shown great improvement. The stretching exercises and tips Liz provides are extremely helpful. I look forward to my sessions and am grateful for Liz's services.

Liz talked me through the trigger points she was working on, explaining why the painful area I came for help with wasn't being prodded directly.... read full review
