Charles arrived ready for WORK! My Air Conditioning system was doing all sorts of odd behaviors, one of which occurred while Charles was here! He spent well over 2 hours checking, testing, etc. Poor guy got quite a workout zipping up n down the stairs and in and out to the outside unit.
