I can’t say enough good things about Roger. He’s not only an amazing massage therapist but also genuinely kind and thoughtful.
There are days when I’m in a lot of pain, and he always does his best to fit me in, even at the last minute. (And his schedule is booked!!!)
He’s a great listener, understands, and I always leave feeling so much better — both physically and mentally. I’m so grateful to have found him.

Roger is the best massage therapist I have ever had and has helped me manage my chronic pain. I am so grateful to him and that he has helped me maintain my level of fitness despite the ups and downs with my health.
Very knowledgeable about interconnections within the body and intuitive about what’s needed for healing. He truly cares and listens to people and makes suggestions of stretches we can do at home also.
