I am a first time cat owner. I have owned dogs so .This was a whole new experience for me. Dr.Morgan was awesome & answered all of my questions. We love Toenail Tuesday's.
Updating 3 years later and I still will only take my dogs to see Dr. Mason! She is the only vet I trust and I know she will do everything she can to help and treat my pup. I cannot recommend West End Vet Enough.
My fiance and I took our 16 year old rescue here knowing absolutely nothing about our pup. Mr. Mason was incredible! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was also so welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely recommend coming here.
We are first-time dog owners, and we've been with West End Vet since Day One with our rescue pup. They have been kind, thorough, and helpful. One of the most impressive aspects is that they will talk with you over the phone or let you email photos so that you can try to remedy a smaller issue (skin conditions, tummy troubles) without making an appointment. We have saved so much money by solving smaller problems this way and simply popping in to pick up a medication, versus doing a full appointment.
