I was happy with Dr. Marcus. She was professional and did all the tests required of her level of care. I didn’t feel rushed but the system to move patients is steady in place.

Thank you Virginia Eye Institute! My son broke his frames on Christmas, the day before we were to leave town for a week. He and I showed up at 8:00 am on 12/26 and the staff was friendly and helpful and got us all squared away. We are leaving Richmond on time with a child who can see clearly. Such a relief to know that Virginia Eye Institute is on the team!
A wonderful facility. Appointments were easy to get and the staff was very kind. I always find I get great eye care. I had a very early morning appointment but I was still late being taken back to be seen. This really messed up my timetable for doing other scheduled errands. Make sure you understand how long you need to be there. I feel very confident in my doctor. I actually have more than one doctor who works for Virginia Eye Care and they are always amazing.
