This is my third time here. The pedicure area is very clean and everything looks new and nice.Each time we have had to wait for at least 30 minutes which isn’t too bad as a walk in customer.The staff isn’t super friendly, but not rude.I got a dip manicure for the first time here on my last visit. My nails are much thicker than other dips I’ve had in the area and the service did not come with any type of massage. They also didn’t do anything to clean my cuticle area and I don’t feel like the stations seemed properly cleaned following the last client.All in all, we will visit again when in the areas for a basic pedicure. Pedi: employee had phone tuned to internet and ear buds. Did not push cuticle from nail before cutting. Asked her to clean around nails with tool she had but failed to use to push back cuticle. She did comply but seemed confused. Poor communication. Rough on bottom of foot. Did leave tip.

1/26/24: I just wanted to update you all! The shop is still A1! This is my go to nail shop. They are a little more pricey but their service is worth it! I've been to 3 different technicians and they all are top tier! Nothing but great service.
