Went here for the first time today, walked in and was concerned because the place did not look to clean. She sat down to do my nails while doing someone else's as well the towel she used to wipe the acrylic off the brush was so old. They had no color charts to lick out your color they only had the Polish on the wall. It was as not to bad as a whole just supper unclean

Had a broken nail and the ladies here were able to accommodate me . I only had to wait about 15 minutes and I was done . The technician also matched my color perfectly.... would definitely visit again when in Richmond..

I give it a four because Leelee snatched my eyebrows. Nobody can really do them and shape them good because my eyebrows are thin. Plus my toenails were done nice too. But the place is pretty busy😩😩
