Great eye doctor discovered I had to strong of a prescription a couple of years ago and then she found out my eyes were over worked causing migraines she is a great eye doctor. She is a great person I recommend her for Virginia eye institute.
Dr. Chiapetta is the very best! Susan, his nurse is amazing! She will answer calls especially if you have an eye emergency. His staff that walks you back to take your information before the Dr comes in is also so nice! I have been out of the area but can not wait to see Dr. Chiapetta again. He is gentle and very calming, I am a hypa person so he calms me down quickly. The front desk staff has to step up their game, but we all can improve. See you soon at Va Eye Institute at Short Pump.
Took my mom here to see her new eye doctor, Dr. Chiapetta. We waited a solid 30 minutes before seeing anyone. Even my patient mom said it was too long. The care was thorough and attentive once she was seen, however. The doctor especially had a gentle demeanor, although his contribution to the experience was very short. Great other than the wait.
