I had never taken anything leather to a store before, so this was a new experience for me. The man in the store was incredibly knowledgeable. He spent almost 20 minutes out of his time/day to explain to me how to fix the problem with my leather boots instead of up charging me or trying to make a sale. I was so impressed by his kindness and expertise that I will always take my leather items to Connie’s Shoe Repair.

I was very happy to find this reputable shoe repair that I used many years ago which was previously located on West Broad Street. The service today is equally professional and affordable as it was then; when my dad Frank Brown Sr.worked part time to repair umbrellas.

Great little shop. I’ve had a few shoes repaired and had great results. Old-school style and the owner is friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I read the bad reviews but that’s not been my experience. I’m not friend or family, just live in the area.
