Let’s be honest - no one wants to pay for a new roof on a house that is less than 15 years old. Bryan and his team made this process far less painful. The staff answering the phone to take all of your information were efficient and incredibly polite. I knew Bryan would be calling but I really was not expecting a call back within an hour. Bryan got to my house quickly, made simple repairs to ensure no further damage while we worked thru the process with insurance, provided all the necessary documents we needed for our insurance, showed us the problems with our roof and explained how those problems could cause further damage. Great experience working with CB Chandler! Bryan was communicative every step of the way letting me know when they’d be there and even referred me to a painter that did an incredible job on my fascia and soffit boards (you’re amazing, Mayra!). Honest and transparent customer service ALWAYS wins! Highly recommend for gutters and roofing!
