There is nothing traditional about my 1962 Norfolk home, which required a flat rubber membrane roof that is closer to a commercial project than a residential replacement. From the start, Chandler’s Bryan Lynch proved to be the consummate contractor. After obtaining multiple estimates, his price was not only the fairest, but in the end, he delivered day after day throughout the process. Let’s be honest - no one wants to pay for a new roof on a house that is less than 15 years old. Bryan and his team made this process far less painful. The staff answering the phone to take all of your information were efficient and incredibly polite. I knew Bryan would be calling but I really was not expecting a call back within an hour. Bryan got to my house quickly, made simple repairs to ensure no further damage while we worked thru the process with insurance, provided all the necessary documents we needed for our insurance, showed us the problems with our roof and explained how those problems could cause further damage.
